Breath Meditation Vinyasa

Course description:

This gentle Vinyasa Yoga class will focus on a meditative use of the breath with movement, to create a sense of relaxation into self, and the realization of one's connection to living energy.

The class will last 45 minutes and is appropriate for all levels.

Please bring a yoga mat and small towel.

Eileen has studied and practiced traditional and modern forms of Yoga since 1983 with some of the world's master teachers. She has been instructing Yoga classes and workshops in the Coachella Valley and throughout the "Wild West" since 1992. In 1999 she settled into the Ashtanga Yoga System of Patthbi Jois and has been at home in this practice ever since. Eileen instructs Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga along with Adaptive Yoga from the teachings of Krishnamachraya and Iyengar.
