Balance and Effortless Movement

Learn the fundamentals of balance and movement as it applies to your golf swing. First tee jitters? No problem. With Tai Chi, students will naturally develop a depth of concentration seldom experienced. Learn to be in "the zone" with every swing. This set of exercises has improved my game in every way. Allow me to share what I have learned.

This workshop will be offered twice monthly during the months of January, February and March. All levels of golfers are encouraged to attent and should benefit from this instruction!

Dress comfortably and appropriately for movement.
