This introductory course will meet on Wednesday nights for ten (10) consecutive sessions. Each class is 3 hours in length with healthy snacks provided.
During this 30-hour class series, you will learn a comprehensive set of Qigong exercises to move and clear Qi in your body. You will be introduced to the Taoist and Buddhist concepts and historical philosophy of various types of Qigong.
Each student will benefit from incorporating what they learn in class into their daily lives and bring their experience, questions, and concerns back to the class for input and feedback.
Total cost for the class is $500.00. Arrangements to pay in two installments may be arranged.
Please call (760) 773-4433 to register or if you have any questions. Students may start the second week of class and there are arrangements to make up missed classes if there is a conflict on certain days.
